A lighthouse stands prominently on a rocky cliff, overlooking the ocean. The structure is cylindrical with a conical roof and features windows near its top section for observation or light emission purposes only when lit up at night time during storms etcetera... A railing encircles part of it's base area where people might walk around safely without falling off into sea below them while enjoying views from there too!
